Banana Nut Muffins

• 1 3/4 cup sifted flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon soda
• 1/2 cup nuts
• 1 cup mashed bananas (2 or 3)
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup sugar

Sift flour, baking powder, soda into mixing bowl. Chop 1/2 cups nuts in blender, add to mixing bowl. Put bananas, olive oil, egg, and sugar in blender til smooth. Pour .... stir until mixed, put into .... (can't read the rest) I think it means just mix the blender and the mixing bowl stuff into a batter, pour it into muffin tins and cook it for a while.
