Nantucket Pie

- 2 cups raw cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup nuts chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- Vanilla or Almond Extract
Grease 10" pie plate. Wash cranberries and place in bottom of pie plate. Cover with 1/2 cup of sugar and the nuts. Make a batter of the remaining sugar, butter, eggs, flour and extract. Pour over cranberries.
Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
